We are now seeking an exceptional Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team based within our Bucharest Office.
- Collects and understands in depth all project information
- Draws up the necessary expert reports: audit, project development and project completion
- Evaluates the risks of the project
- Analyzes the investment needed in order to develop the project
- Ensures compliance with all applicable legal requirements for accessing credits
- Keeps in touch with all parties involved in the process: bank specialists, lawyers or assessors
- Provides objective recommendations for reducing identified risks
- Acts as an objective part in the process of monitoring the development, in the relationship between the financial institution and the developer
