We are now seeking an exceptional Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join our team based within our Bucharest Office.
- Coordinates and responds to the project activity and, implicitly, the team assigned to the project
- He is responsible for the relationship with the client – from the signing of the commercial contract to the successful completion of the project
- Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with clients and other parties involved in the project
- Start the project in accordance with the things set at the project handover session
- Participates in all stages of the project, from its start to completion
- Coordinates and integrates project activities
- Manages and manages the material, financial and human resources of the project
- Subcontracts, where appropriate, parts of the project, according to internal procedures
- Negotiates with subcontractors and suppliers in the best interest of the company
- Makes a comparative map for negotiations
- Negotiate additional order notes and denial notes with recipients or their representatives
- Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risks and seize opportunities
- Responsible for meeting deadlines, allocated budgets and productivity in terms of subcontractors and company employees
- It is responsible for the quality of the work done
- Centralizes, in collaboration with the designers and the supply manager, all the documents necessary for the preparation of the file that will be handed over to the Technical Paper of the construction, upon completion of the works
- Creates and carries out cost-benefit or other analysis
- Assess, monitor or ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures
- It centralizes job situations and presents them to the finance and accounting department for billing
- It centralizes the entire documentation of the paper and hand it over to the Beneficiary upon completion of the project
- It is responsible for fully collecting the contract value
- In the event of litigation with the Beneficiary, they are involved in the extent of their attributions during the duration of the contract.
