Member of the Association for Project Management – UK (APM UK), Claudiu has over 18 years of experience in successfully delivering projects in the construction industry.
Claudiu worked from the position of customer, designer and contractor within major global companies: from Europe to the Middle East, Africa and Asia. His expertise covers projects in a variety of industries, such as: the industrial sector, infrastructure and transport, residential, retail, pharmaceutical sectors.
Andrei has more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, mass media, HR and PR. He also moderates TV shows and conferences focused on economic and geopolitical topics. For 4 years, he was the Editor-in-Chief of several publications in business law, real estate and construction.
Andrei has led numerous NGOs, including Rotary Club Triumph (President), Chair of the Strategic Projects Committee, Rotary Romania and Republic of Moldova, Chair of the Committee for Public Relations with NGOs and State Institutions. In 2005 he was one of the founders of the Initiative Group for the Promotion of Romania’s Image. In 2019 he founded, together with other collaborators, the Rotary Excelsior Bucharest Club.
He is one of the authors of the books „România noului val“, „100 de fețe ale Inovației“, „Energia. Concepte si instrumente operaționale” (Editura Club România, 2019), „Caiet Documentar „Calitatea Vieții” (Editura Club România, 2020), Caiet Documentar „România sustenabilă. Concepte și instrumente-suport pentru o transformare circulară a economiei românești” (Editura Club România, 2021).
Mark is UK Director for Brisk Group Consulting and responsible for the UK sectors and services that Brisk Group offer. Mark is a Design and Project Management specialist with an architectural background and over 15 years of experience working on complex projects in the UK and around the world. Mark has led integrated multi-disciplinary teams and successfully delivered designs for
large-scale and complex projects in sectors ranging from airport projects, to residential, arts and cultural projects, sport facilities, retail spaces and commercial offices.
Mark has led architectural teams, engineering teams and also operated as client-side advisor on a range of high-profile national and international projects. Mark has in-depth knowledge in construction coordination, technical resolution on multidisciplinary projects and running design teams that use BIM as a collaborative tool.
Catalin has over 10 years of proven experience in the construction industry. Catalin has in-depth knowledge in Quantity Surveying, maintaining and managing cost control records and preparing cost control reports, as well as in the supervision of construction works.
With experience from the beginning of the project to the final handover to the client, Catalin is competent in the
management of procurement processes, contracts and project costs and all this as a complementary skill to the management of operations and stakeholder management
Catalin was responsible for cost and contract management for large projects. It has a proven track record for site quantity surveyor activities and technical expertise and technical assistance during construction work.
He has a track record of successfully delivered projects due to his ability to control and coordinate all aspects involved such as: cost management, data organization, work progress, payments, quality control
documents, schedule, planning.
With more than two decades of international experience across multiple industries, Izabell is a dedicated and accomplished professional, widely recognized for her leadership, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Her expertise spans business management, asset and wealth management administration, and project management, where she has consistently
demonstrated her ability to lead cross-functional teams, execute strategic business plans, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships. By aligning operational processes with organizational goals, she has played a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional value to clients.
Throughout her career, Izabell has earned a reputation as a resilient and highly committed professional who excels in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Sebastian has more than 25 years of Project and Contracts Management experience in the construction industry, being involved in various projects local and international (Europe, Africa, South America)
His expertise covers projects in various industries such as residential, offices, industrial, telecom, mining and
infrastructure.
He also worked from the position of customer, contractor and consultant, building and leading various multinational teams.
With over 10 years of experience, Gabriel has developed a profound expertise in overseeing and driving the successful completion of projects from initiation to delivery. With a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, he possesses the skills and knowledge necessary to lead multifaceted teams and achieve

Flaviu is Head of Development Monitoring department for Brisk Group Consulting and covers all the Construction Industry sectors in Romania and abroad. Flaviu has the experience of both Quantum and Project Management specialist with an claims and construction management background for over 10 years of experience working on complex projects in EMEA.
His activity is well represented by leading of Quantum Claim Analysis teams and representation at DAB for projects totalling over 1.5 billion euros; leading the Development Monitoring team for projects which are valued at more then 500 million euro; leading the Technical Due Dilligence team for projects totaling more than 175 million euro. All the abvbe have been successfully delivered to various clients such as Investment Groups, Banks, Private investors and not the least Public Sector Investments.
Flaviu has the great opportunity to serv the interest of top 5 Private Investors, Banks and major Contractors or Real Estate Developers all over the world. Being a results driven person, within his activity in the construction industry, he seeks to achieve top results for each of the project dellivered at Brisk Group Consulting.
With over 13 years of experience in Project Management, Elena has a strong background in construction management, project execution and technical supervision across diverse sectors including office buildings, renewable energy plants, commercial complexes, industrial facilities and residential developments.
She has a proven ability to coordinate consultants, clients and contractors, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Elena is also experienced in preparing method statements, risk assessments, commissioning plans and handover documentation, ensuring every stage of the project lifecycle is managed with precision and compliance.
Crina is a dedicated Architect with over four years of experience in project leadership and design management. She has contributed to a diverse portfolio including cultural institutions, sports facilities, residential developments, office buildings and retail spaces, where she combines design excellence with technical precision.
Her core expertise lies in developing innovative yet feasible architectural concepts that balance functionality, refined aesthetics and regulatory compliance. She ensures all design proposals meet legal standards and contractual obligations, while also supporting project documentation, quality control and on-site technical supervision.
With a methodical yet imaginative approach, Crina bridges the gap between creativity and construction reality. Her work enhances project coordination, elevates design integrity and supports the successful delivery of high-performing built environments.
Zoe is a Project and Design Manager, with 9 years’ experience leading project teams through design and technical delivery. She has held both client and consultant-side roles in the UK and New Zealand.
Zoe is a well-rounded project manager with strong proficiency in all parts of the delivery life cycle, having
taken projects from the scoping and initiation phase to detailed design, procurement, and construction delivery. She has an eye for detail, is delivery-focussed and has strong communication skills. Furthermore, Zoe is accustomed to working on complex projects, navigating significant interdependencies to achieve the desired outcomes.
With an architectural background and over 15 years of international experience, Liana joined the Brisk UK team in July, bringing valuable expertise in design and project management. Her career spans diverse sectors — from commercial offices and hospitality to large-scale mixed-use developments — giving her first-hand insight into the importance of structured processes and clear communication in delivering successful outcomes.
She specializes in upfront project planning, risk management and structured reporting, with strong practical experience in creating realistic programmes and managing design processes while navigating complex project challenges.
Proficient in BIM integration and sustainability-focused technologies, Liana delivers design and project management services tailored to each project’s needs, ensuring efficiency, compliance and high-quality results — always on time and within budget.
Radu has more than 25 years of Project Management experience in the construction industry, being involved in various local projects. His expertise covers projects in various industries such as residential, offices, industry and hospitality.
He worked from the position of also general contractor
and consultant, leading various teams such as designers, contractors.
Ciprian has led architectural teams, engineering teams, construction teams in various complex project local and international.
Radu has over 17 years of experience in various areas, such as civil constructions, roads, bridges, arrangement of touristic caves and the wind industry.
In recent years, specializing in the relationship with local public authorities, always finding the right solution for our clients.
Marius has over twenty years’ experience in the planning and construction management of civil and structural engineering projects.
Over these years, Marius learned valuable life and construction skills serving on all professional levels in his career, both in large and small projects, with reputable
construction companies. His areas of significant experience and expertise include construction management, project leadership, and building codes in structural engineering of residential, industrial and commercial buildings (office and retail). Additional expertise includes buildings structural consolidations.
Marius feels one of his greatest professional motivations is to be part of a highly qualified team – one that can manage through good times, as well as the bad times. Equipped with a record of success on process improvement, combined with demonstrated abilities in defining innovative solutions and methodologies for safe and cost-efficient operations, Marius has successfully completed multiple projects located in Romania’s South-East region. He enjoys working on difficult and challenging projects and believes that communication between the Owner, Architect and Contractor is critical to a successful project.
Valeriu has more than 17 years of MEP Manager and Designer for Electrical Installations for civil constructions experience, in various projects local and European.
His expertise covers projects in various fields such as residential, office, factory, retail, public health, hospitality and education.
Valeriu has led engineering teams that design complex technical project for all MEP’s scope. He leads a team of experienced engineers who check and supervise all the projects delivered by Brisk Group Consulting.
As a cost manager in the construction industry, I am a detail-oriented and analytical professional who is committed to maximizing value for the clients. I have extensive experience in the field, having worked on a wide range of projects of varying complexity and scope. I am adept at developing and managing budgets, tracking costs, and identifying areas for cost savings without
compromising on quality.
In my role, I am able to anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to minimize risks. I am comfortable working with teams of all sizes and backgrounds, and I am committed to fostering a collaborative and respectful working environment.
