For four years, he was Editor-in-Chief of publications in business law, real estate and construction, further consolidating his influence in the industry. Andrei is also recognized for his leadership in NGOs and community development. He co-founded Rotary Club București Excelsior and previously served as President of Rotary Triumph Bucharest. Within Rotary International District 2241, he has led Strategic Partnerships and Public Relations committees, advancing humanitarian projects and institutional collaboration. Earlier, he also founded the Youth Parliament of Romania, encouraging youth empowerment and civic engagement. His background combines financial control with on-site supervision, ensuring alignment between budgets, schedules and quality requirements. He has successfully led Quantum Claim Analysis teams and represented projects before Dispute Adjudication Boards (DAB) totaling more than €1.5 billion. As head of the Development Monitoring team, he has overseen projects exceeding €500 million, while also leading Technical Due Diligence assignments valued at over €175 million. Flaviu has worked with a wide range of stakeholders — from investment groups, banks and private investors to major contractors and public sector institutions.
