Andrei Stoian
Partner and Head of Communications and Public Affairs at Brisk Group, Andrei has over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, media, human resources, and strategic communications. He strengthens Brisk’s growth through public affairs expertise and high-level business communications.
In parallel, he has an extensive career in media and public dialogue, producing and moderating TV shows, conferences where he engages with leading voices on economic, social, and geopolitical issues. For four years, he was Editor-in-Chief of publications in business law, real estate and construction, further consolidating his influence in the industry.
Andrei is also recognized for his leadership in NGOs and community development. He co-founded Rotary Club București Excelsior and previously served as President of Rotary Triumph Bucharest. Within Rotary International District 2241, he has led Strategic Partnerships and Public Relations committees, advancing humanitarian projects and institutional collaboration. Earlier, he also founded the Youth Parliament of Romania, encouraging youth empowerment and civic engagement.
A published author of several works – România noului val, 100 de fețe ale inovației, Energia. Concepte și instrumente operaționale (2019), Caiet Documentar „Calitatea Vieții” (2020), România sustenabilă (2021) – he has contributed to knowledge in innovation, sustainability, and energy policy.
His academic background includes a degree in Political Science, a Master’s in Diplomatic Techniques, as well as training at the Romanian Diplomatic Institute and numerous national and international programs in strategic communication, geopolitics, and diplomacy.
