BA Glass Romania

Brisk Group contributed to the upgrade and modernization of the BA Glass production facility in Bucharest through the implementation of Furnace Installation No.4 (BU4), a complex industrial intervention supporting the manufacturer’s glass production operations.

The project involved extensive refurbishment and installation works within the existing production environment, including structural restoration of the furnace, regenerator, flue gas exhaust chamber, and silos, as well as the modernization of associated technical systems. Additional works included façade restoration, installation of access doors and service areas, refurbishment of mechanical ventilation systems, replacement of façade and cladding panels in high-temperature zones, roof waterproofing restoration, skylight refurbishment, and the construction of sanitary facilities.

Brisk Group provided integrated Project Management, Construction Management, Cost Management, and Design coordination services throughout both the pre-construction and construction phases. During the pre-construction stage, Brisk supported the organization of the tender process, including preparation of tender documentation, contractor prequalification, tender evaluation, and assistance in contract negotiations.

During construction, Brisk established the project planning and project controls framework, coordinated site activities, monitored construction progress, managed project risks and scope changes, and ensured structured reporting and stakeholder coordination. Our team maintained continuous site supervision, ensuring that works were delivered in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and programme objectives.

Through disciplined project oversight and structured coordination within an active industrial environment, Brisk Group supported the successful implementation of the furnace installation and the modernization of key production infrastructure at the BA Glass manufacturing facility in Bucharest.
