Marina Snagov is a high-end residential development delivered on a 2.1-hectare lakeside site on the shores of Snagov Lake, comprising 33 luxury villas designed to create an exclusive and private residential community. Developed by Ideal Residence Developer, the project represents an investment of approximately €15 million and establishes a distinctive standard for premium living in the greater Bucharest area.

Brisk Group provided Project Management and Construction Management services throughout the development, ensuring structured governance, programme coordination, and quality control across all stages of the project lifecycle. Our multidisciplinary team coordinated stakeholders, monitored construction progress, managed risks, and ensured compliance with technical and regulatory requirements, safeguarding cost discipline and execution quality until final delivery.

The development integrates a range of premium amenities designed to enhance the residential experience, including private pontoons with direct access to Snagov Lake, landscaped leisure areas, a residents’ lounge, and a dedicated playground. Sustainability and energy efficiency were also embedded in the project through the integration of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, and underfloor heating systems.

The completed Marina Snagov community now stands as a distinctive waterfront residential asset, combining architectural quality, modern sustainability features, and a tranquil natural setting.
