Brisk Group contributed to the successful delivery of McDonald’s 100th restaurant in Romania, located in Drobeta-Turnu Severin within Severin Shopping Center, a retail development owned by NEPI Rockcastle. The project represents an important milestone in the expansion of Premier Restaurants Romania, the operator of McDonald’s restaurants in the country.

The development consists of a contemporary Drive-Thru restaurant with a built area of approximately 400 sqm, providing indoor seating for 98 guests and an outdoor terrace with seating for 80. Designed to meet modern operational and customer experience standards, the project integrates both functional retail design and efficient site circulation.

Brisk Group provided Project Management and Site Inspection services, overseeing the implementation of the works and ensuring alignment between design intent, construction progress, and operational requirements. Our team coordinated site activities, monitored quality and programme milestones, and ensured that construction works complied with technical standards and project objectives.

The project also incorporates sustainability-oriented features, including selective waste collection systems, electric vehicle charging stations, and rooftop photovoltaic panels, supporting improved energy efficiency and responsible operational practices.

Through structured project oversight and on-site coordination, Brisk Group supported the timely and efficient delivery of this milestone restaurant, contributing to McDonald’s continued growth and modern retail infrastructure development in Romania.
