Nibiru

NIBIRU is a large-scale seasonal entertainment resort developed in Costinești, Romania, across a site of approximately 210,000 sqm.

Designed as a summer destination on the Romanian coastline, the project integrates entertainment, hospitality, retail, food & beverage, leisure, public areas and event infrastructure into one coordinated development. Its operational model requires the alignment of multiple functions, tenants, suppliers, authorities, technical teams and delivery workstreams within a highly compressed timeframe.
