Brisk Group supported the development and modernization of an important livestock farm operated by Carmistin Group, one of Romania’s leading companies in the agriculture and food production sector. The project involved the construction of new farming facilities on a 95,918 sqm site located in Lisa village, Teleorman County, as part of a broader investment aimed at improving operational efficiency and production standards.

Brisk was appointed to deliver Construction Management services, overseeing the implementation of the works and ensuring that the development was executed in accordance with the client’s technical specifications, operational requirements, and programme objectives.

Our team coordinated construction activities on site, monitored contractor performance, supervised quality control processes, and ensured that works progressed in line with the approved schedule and project documentation. Particular attention was given to maintaining construction quality, managing project risks, and facilitating clear coordination between all stakeholders involved in the project.

Through structured site coordination and disciplined execution oversight, Brisk Group contributed to the successful delivery of the new livestock farming facilities, supporting Carmistin’s modernization strategy and enabling the development of efficient, technologically updated agricultural infrastructure in Romania.
