Nuba Chalet Poiana Brașov represents a high-end hospitality project developed as part of the Nuba Group portfolio of premium restaurants, lounges, and entertainment venues. Located in Poiana Brașov, Romania’s most prominent mountain resort destination, the project was designed to offer a refined lounge and dining experience for both tourists and visitors.

Brisk Group provided full Project Management services for the development of the venue, coordinating the project from concept implementation through construction and final delivery. The project was successfully completed within an accelerated timeline of approximately two months, ensuring the restaurant became operational ahead of the winter holiday season and the 2022–2023 tourism period.

The venue offers a generous seating capacity of approximately 150 guests and integrates contemporary design elements tailored to the alpine environment and the Nuba brand identity. The project required careful coordination of contractors, suppliers, and design teams to ensure that the ambitious delivery schedule and quality expectations were achieved.

Through disciplined project governance, structured coordination, and proactive management of site activities, Brisk Group ensured the efficient and timely delivery of Nuba Chalet. The project further strengthened Brisk’s portfolio within the hospitality and HORECA sector and contributed to the development of premium tourism infrastructure in Poiana Brașov.
