AQUA BILBOR FACTORY

The Aqua Bilbor – Perla Harghitei factory project involved the development of production facilities dedicated to the bottling and processing of natural mineral water in Bilbor, Harghita County. The project supports the expansion of one of Romania’s recognized mineral water brands and contributes to the development of modern beverage production infrastructure in the region.

Brisk Group delivered Development Monitoring services, providing independent technical oversight and structured reporting for project stakeholders throughout the development process. Our role focused on monitoring construction progress, reviewing technical documentation, and verifying that the works executed on site remained aligned with the approved design parameters, technical standards, and programme milestones.

Through periodic site inspections, documentation reviews, and progress evaluations, Brisk assessed construction quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the implementation of production-related infrastructure. The monitoring process also included the identification of potential risks and the preparation of structured reports to support transparent decision-making by stakeholders.

By applying disciplined development monitoring procedures and comprehensive technical reporting, Brisk Group contributed to the controlled and compliant implementation of the Aqua Bilbor – Perla Harghitei factory project, supporting the expansion of modern beverage production capacity in Romania.
