Brisk Group delivered Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assessments in connection with the financing of five Value Centre retail developments developed by Prime Kapital. The projects form part of Prime Kapital’s strategy to expand modern retail infrastructure across key regional markets.
Our scope focused on providing independent technical evaluations to support the financing process. Brisk reviewed project documentation, development parameters, construction status, permitting compliance, and technical specifications in order to assess the overall viability and implementation risks associated with the developments.
The due diligence process included detailed technical analysis, documentation review, and site inspections where applicable, allowing Brisk to identify potential technical risks, evaluate development readiness, and verify alignment between the proposed projects and the financing requirements.
