The Schlumberger office fit-out at The Bridge in Bucharest involved the development of a modern corporate workspace within one of the capital’s most prominent office campuses. Brisk Group provided Project Management, Design Review, and Construction Management services throughout the implementation of the office fit-out works. Our role focused on coordinating stakeholders, reviewing design documentation to ensure technical feasibility, and supervising the execution of construction activities on site.

The Brisk team monitored contractor performance, verified compliance with project specifications, and ensured that works progressed in line with programme milestones and quality standards. Particular attention was given to aligning the fit-out execution with the building’s existing infrastructure and technical systems.
