Hinkley Point C is a nuclear power station built in Great Britain and approved by the Government as part of a wider power supply project at state level. The site for the construction of this station covers an area of about 180 hectares, making it the largest development project in Europe at present.
One of our design teams, specializing in the use of state-of-the-art nuclear technology solutions, works with partners from several other countries in the build information modeling process (BIM – a 3D planning, design and construction management process) of this nuclear power station.
In addition to the quality of the service itself, we demonstrate in such a project – to the client and to ourselves – how good we are regarding the communication within “teams of teams” and regarding information security procedures (which can have, especially in the nuclear field, an importance equal to the total value of the project).
