The spectacular transformation of an office complex in order to align with BREEAM standards
The IRIDE Business Park project is one of the largest of its kind in the capital, with a rentable surface of over 92,000 sqm. Located in the Pipera area, it is considered to be one of the most successful re-conversions from industrial spaces into office spaces in Bucharest.
Meanwhile, the developer launched a challenge that we accepted: refurbishing and reconfiguring the existing space to bring it to the potential tenants’ needs and to align it with the requirements of green building certifications, such as LEED or BREEAM.
This goal came with an ample project management process that started from the restoration of the building’s history to the changes needed to turn the ecosystem into a green one. And all this happened at a well-defined cost and time.
