Akcent City is set to redefine urban living.

Akcent City, a development in Bucureștii Noi, is set to redefine contemporary urban living in Bucharest.

The project comprises five residential buildings, delivering 723 apartments and 915 parking spaces, together with the necessary infrastructure for electric vehicle charging stations. The development also includes over 400 sqm of landscaped green areas and two dedicated playgrounds, designed to support a balanced and community-oriented living environment.

With a total investment of approximately €90 million, Akcent City represents the largest residential development approved after the implementation of the nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) regulations in Sector 1 of Bucharest. The project is positioned as a benchmark for modern, energy-efficient residential development within the capital.
