Brisk Group becomes Project Management Partner for Nibiru

Brisk Group has been officially selected as the Project Management Partner for Nibiru, a next-generation entertainment and tourism destination currently under development on the Romanian Black Sea coast, between Costinești and Tuzla. The resort is scheduled to open in summer 2026 and is already being recognized as one of the boldest and most expansive projects in the region.

What is Nibiru?

Nibiru is not just a resort. It is envisioned as a temporary summer city – a fully integrated ecosystem designed for high-capacity entertainment, culture, nightlife, gastronomy, and retail. Spanning over 1.6 million square meters, Nibiru is built to function seven days a week during the summer season and to attract both local and international audiences.

Key features of the masterplan include:

• 🌍 the largest nightclub in the world, with a capacity of over 30,000 people
• 🛍️ a massive open-air shopping and leisure area
• 🎡 a modern amusement park designed for all age groups
• 🎤 an event arena capable of hosting more than 50,000 participants

Our role in the project

As Project Management Partner, Brisk Group will oversee and coordinate the delivery of critical development stages, from planning and permitting to execution, supervision, and handover.

This collaboration continues our involvement in high-complexity infrastructure for large-scale entertainment and tourism, following the successful delivery of project management services for Beach, Please!, one of Eastern Europe’s biggest music festivals.

Our scope includes:

• Construction planning and scheduling
• Stakeholder coordination and progress monitoring
• Budget and risk management
• Site supervision and technical compliance
• Support in logistics, utilities, and crowd infrastructure
