Brisk Group Renewed as Supplier to the Royal House of Romania (Furnizor al Casei Regale a României) for a Further Three Years

Brisk Group’s status as Supplier to the Royal House of Romania (Furnizor al Casei Regale a României) has been renewed for a further three years. The renewal certificate was presented on 28 October 2026, at a ceremony held at Elisabeta Palace in Bucharest, by Her Royal Highness Princess Elena of Romania, on behalf of Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown. Brisk Group first received the status in 2023; the renewal extends it into a second three-year term.

The ceremony at Elisabeta Palace

Brisk Group was represented at the ceremony by Claudiu Bisnel, Managing Partner, and Andrei Stoian, Partner. The certificate of renewal confirms that the services provided by Brisk Group to the Royal House over the past three years were requested, delivered and appreciated, which is the basis on which the Royal House considers any extension of the status.

What “Supplier to the Royal House of Romania” means

The Royal House of Romania confers the status of Furnizor al Casei Regale, commonly referred to in English as the Romanian Royal Warrant, on persons and companies whose goods or services it has requested and found to be of a consistently high standard. The status is granted for three years. Only at the end of that term does the Royal House consider whether to extend it for a further three years, so a renewal reflects the record of the intervening period.

Two features distinguish the Romanian system. The status is conferred on the firm itself, as an institution, and it is a recognition of quality granted independently of any commercial arrangement. The practice dates back to the reign of King Carol I, and 2026 marks 160 years since the founding of the Royal House of Romania and of the modern Romanian state.

Why a renewal matters for a construction consultancy

Brisk Group provides project management in construction, construction management services and cost management services to private and institutional clients. The value of this work lies in holding a single standard from the first drawing to the final handover, across every project and every team. A first warrant recognises the quality of what a firm has delivered. A renewal recognises constancy: the quality that is hardest to earn and the one that matters most in our industry.

“Three years is long enough for every habit of a firm to show. To be renewed after that interval is the recognition we value most, and it belongs to our colleagues, who hold the standard on every project, every day. We are honoured by the Royal House’s continued trust,” said Claudiu Bisnel, Managing Partner of Brisk Group.

Brisk Group and the Royal House, 2023 to 2026

Brisk Group received the status of Supplier to the Royal House of Romania in 2023, at a ceremony held at Elisabeta Palace, where Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Crown, presented the certificate personally. Since then, the emblem of Furnizor al Casei Regale a României has accompanied Brisk Group’s corporate materials, alongside its APM Corporate Partner status and its membership of the British Aviation Group.

A renewal in Brisk Group’s tenth year

The renewal comes in the year in which Brisk Group marks ten years of activity. In 2026 the firm grew past 80 colleagues, moved its headquarters to The Mark Tower in Bucharest, established its Architecture & MEP Engineering department and was named Construction Project Management Company of the Year at the Romanian Property Awards 2026. Brisk Group has delivered over 700 projects totalling more than 3.2 million sqm, from its offices in Bucharest, London and Chișinău.
